About MCA-I

The Media Communications Association-International is a global community that provides opportunities for networking, members-only benefits, forums for education, and information resources for media communications professionals.

MCA-I is a not-for-profit, member-driven organization that offers media professionals the connections needed to succeed in a highly competitive environment.

MCA-I is a chapter driven organization with a reach far beyond its membership. Chapters across the county hold regular professional development and networking meetings for members and non-members alike.

The Association was founded in 1968 and for many years was known as ITVA, the International Television Association. (Read more…) With the convergence of technology our association has grown beyond its original membership base of video, audio and film practitioners to include people from every aspect of today’s expanding multimedia communications industry including webmasters and coders, interactive producers, streaming video technicians, and animators. However, all of our diverse members are dedicated to one thing… producing communications that deliver results for employers and clients.
